Box building help!!!!

Post by joshfleig2001 »

Hey I have two 10" R310D4 subwoofers and I'm looking to build a custom box for them but don't even know where to start or how to do it. If somebody could help me out that would be awesome!!!!!

is there a space requirement? IE - are we trying to squeeze these into a smart car or a suburban?
Do you want a sealed/ported box? What kind of power will they be hooked up too and what kind of music do you like?
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.

It's a 2001 Hyundai accent hatchback. Pretty small but the trunk space is decent and I don't really care how much of it i use. Right now they're hooked up to a kenwood kac 7205 amp and I listen to a bit of everything but mainly rap/metal/dubstep. Anything with good bass really.

Acquire the T/S parameters and then download the Team Linear software for modelling.
