General questions about setup.

Post by pgmaniac »

Well as of right now, i have PG RSd 6.5'' comp w/ RSd 250.2, i also have two Image Dynamics IDQ 12'' subs (single 4 ohm -> 2 ohm final load), and will be getting a RSd 600.1 sometime soon. If i run this setup, how should i do the wiring? Should i run one 4guage wire split into 2 separate 4 gauge wires? Or will this be pointless? Any help would be appreciated.

So basically
RSd 6.5comps -> RSd 250.2
Two IDQ 12'' 2ohm final load -> RSd 600.1

What size fuse will i need?

Why not just a 500.4?

I already have everything besides the 600.1, so i can't go another route.

i would run a 4awg for the 600.1 and a seperate 8awg for the 250.2, that way you dont have to worry about distribution accessories

Just run 2 separate wires off the power terminal? I already have an 8awg running for my 250.2 that is hooked up. That would be perfect :)
