Beeping sound when volume is low

I still am just not sure what the noise even sounds like. You said a video clip will not catch it?

I think my mobile phone would have trouble catching it, it is a high tone i will see if i can record it

Well i have tested the rca and they are all giving the same ohm as a new one i got, i also tested with my ground zero and its not making any noise so i think it got to have something to do with the sensetivity of the amplifier.
I have a clip on my cellphone with the sound but i do not know how i upload the file or if it is possible here on the forum.
