You are likely not receiving a response from them because there is no old stock to buy.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

I am searching for some parts for the MS1000TA - I do not think that it may be impossible that they still has some stuff left for that one...

If you are looking for parts you want to speak with Phil however I know for a fact, certain email clients and/or countries block the response from PG. You may wish to make a phone call or resend the email with a link here, or even a list of several email address reply options..........or all of the above.
