"The One" different versions available?

Somebody mentioned that "The One" was available in 2 separate electrical configurations a 14.4v and a 16v model. He had a piece of paper that made reference to "The One" specifically about its a special edition of "The one" optimized for 14.4v and use above that could cause damage. Everything I've seen including mine says 16v. Anybody know anything about that?
