I hate my truck

Post by Mastiff »

well finaly got around to replacing the rear U joint tonight....or so i thought,as the truck has been sitting since the end of last winter......

Nope GMC hates me and the fealing is recipical at this point as the bearing caps have rusted ti the rear yoke....so it time to soak it down with some kyriol overnight and try again tomorow.

well along the way i also noticed the rear brakes are fucked as the drivers side is rubbing on the drum like the E brak is partaly set.... more money to be spent on a truck i hate!

this POS is so getting sold when i am done fixing it.....let the next poor SOB get nickle and dime to death.

aahhh thats better

I have an '89 chevy for my work truck. It's on it's 3rd rear end and 2nd trans, it has 201K miles on it. If it wasn't for the company fixing the damn thing I would have shot it years ago.

yodas just are not big enuff untill you get out of my price range.

TBH I just want to sell my GMC and go back to only having two cars.

maybe later get another truck....but the truck has sat ever since the VW was bought.

the GMC should sell when winter hits as people will want a 4x4 truck then.

If you ever need a truck just think of where you live, there's gotta be 3 or 10 on the side of the road nearby.........
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

Not big enough as they physically don't have enough size in the bed or cab

OR

Aren't big enough as in they aren't powerful enough?

What kind of loads are you hauling with that guy?

Do you hear a ticking while driving down the road? If not you have the silent type, either way it's a time bomb.

Friend of mine has a '95 Yota 4x4 Truck, which would basically be a Tacoma, and we were looking at the ratings for it. That damn truck only weighs about 1,000 less than my truck

Guess I'll have to defend GMC here. Love mine. Other than who I bought it off of was in a wreck in it and I find small things here and there, I'll put it up against a Yado, or a Ford, Dodge.
