Elite mid blown already? 6"

Post by smgreen20 »

Well.......
I think it's blown. I set the gains on the ZPA0.3 to 200wrms per side and the drivers side mid sounds shot. I don't go past 56 out of 62 on the Pioneer HU P980BT.

I'm thinking about putting the RSD 6 mid in its place on both sides. Wondering about the side effects that that would have on the Elite XO and tweet?

I'm going to look into warranty from woofersetc where I got them.

ooh...goodie...! I have one bad one, and one that the glue seemed to come undone. What kind of glue would you use?

And picked up a spare 5" from a local. See my post in the auctions section. About the 3x ms1000's
