2 ALPINE TYPE R 4 OHM SUBS

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO WIRE THEM AND WHAT OHM AMP DO I NEED? i CURRENTLY HAVE A MPS 2500 ON THEM NOW AND IT SOUNDS GOOD BUT I WANT THE THUNDER!

2 ohms mono on a MPS 2500 will work. and 2 ohms mono on a 2125 would be better, and on a 2250 would be suicide to your charging system, and probably your hearing.

You asked? I was just thinking out loud. Now if I were you I would get a Xenon or RSD class d amp to run those, at any load and you will bang the gong so to speak.

best way = to a wall outlet @ 20 amps :lol:

Im thinking of going for the ms 1000 how much current does it pull i have an 04 f150 with a 2.o farad cap would i need a bigger altenator?
