Hey Itchy, what's the box to the left of the FAS-themed bass cube in the third photo? Looks PG badged, but I've never seen anything quite like it... does look like a mini ZPA or something...

Isn't that a zpx, or zpaxo or something like that? I can't remember what they are called. A ZPA themed crossover?

it's a zpx2, 3way active x-over with balanced in/out to match the zpa amps.

That is fantastic.

But, can anyone tell me what the three (!!) MS1000s are??

I know he has one MS1000ta, and one original. But then there are three suddenly - one one with green powercords.

Does anyone know about what this is? Or can you help me out here, Tristan?

Awesome, no doubt about that....

from what i can make out he has one original nickel plated ms1000 with the green transformers and 2x ms1000TA's of which the one with zeropoint wiring looks to be one of the last ones made with the black terminals that pg were selling on ebay (and wouldn't ship to the uk

)

That is a phenomenal collection to say the least.

And the best part of it is all of these amps will be available for purchase in the future. How far in the future we do not know, but we just have to wait and see.

Tristan takes real good care of his amps, and when he decides to sell them (which will happen, as everyone gets sick of stereo at some point), those of us who still care about car audio and PG in particular, will likely have a chance to get them.

I for one am fed up with buying seemingly nice amps off eBay only to find they are beat to death and cosmetically impossible to repair. At least guys like Tristan keep nice amps in circulation for those of us who really appreciate them.
