What is the wires running from one set of RCA's to the other set?
I have seen this one one set of internals and not seen it on the other?
How is it supposed to be set up?

Those wires are so you can feed all 4 channels of the amp with only 2 RCAs into it.
They are supposed to be in all Outlaws, but I tend to remove them on ones I work on, as they are installed real cheesy, and the average user would use an external processor or loop the M100 outputs into the M50 in a different way than the amp allows for.
