I Need help setting up my system

Ok. so i need some help figuring out how to set up my system. Oh, btw this site is the shyt. I cant believe i didnt know about this site earlier.. But ok.. here we go.

Deck = Eclipse CD8454 8volts
Amps = 2 ZX500's and an old sapphire 1.0X
Fronts = FOCAL 165 K2P 6.5" components
Rears = FOCAL 165 VR 6.5" components
SUB = NONE yet.

Ive been looking at Equilizers. The PG TEQ6 and the PG EQ215i. DO i need these? how do i hook it up? Which is better? Is The ZX500 to much to power my front components, they are pretty high end componets. Im trying to get the best sound quality possible. I was going to run the sapphre amp for the rears. And i have 2 caps and 0g wire. What sub to run. I only want 1.

The eq215i will be a good eq for you.

Sub: It all depends on what you want, bass, mixture, or sq?
Bass: RSD12 or 10, Xenon 12
Mixture: IDMAX 10/12, RSD 10's
SQ: IDQ v2 or v3

The EQ will go next in line after your HU. Mount it in the trunk is what most people do with those eq's.

zx500 will be fine to your componts. just keep an ear out for them reaching their physical limits (noticable distorion) and you will be fine

the rsd 12 will do wonders off that amp. if you have room for a box bigger then 1.2cf, you can't go wrong
