I received an e-mail this morning informing me of a PM, but when I got here nothing. I even waited a couple hours now to see if maybe it was just delayed.

No. Haven't for a couple days, I also checked the dates and times of the suposed sent message and don't match any that I have received.

I find that the e-mails are usually pretty quick.

Turns out it was Mastiff. I caught him. Not sure why he's been doing this as it's rather annoying.
