My job offer

Well at the place I've been working at for the last 3 summers offically offered me a job when Im done w/ undergrad in May. They want to me to still run the poolside grille in the summers and run the bar year round. It's a really fun job, 100% social, everyone goes out after work together so pretty much work is social time, and the waitstaff girls yea lol

. I wont be really doing anything besides besides doing a bar schedule for like 10 bar tenders, ordering booze weekly, inventory once a month, and bar tend when ever I feel like it. Ill make my own hrs too. The summers will be crazy doing both but, hey thats what the summers for. They also are giving me housing in the actual club house, they have like 10 rooms for staff, it pretty much turns into a frat house every night after the bars lol. Their giving my the biggest room there for staff it has its own bathroom and is about 20' by 25'. So no big gas bill or rent. Also 2 free meals a day are served, but as a manager I can pretty much have the cooks cook me what ever lol. O yea the place is one of the top 50 country clubs in the country.

Details:
Title: Bar Manger, and Poolside Grill Manger
Wage: $19 an hr
5% raise in six months for may
another 5% raise in 12months for may
2 weeks of vacation
Free housing

I dont plan to do this forever, Ill be doing it for a year solid having a lot of fun, after undergrad. Then Im going to go to Law School while doing this at the same, just cutting back my hrs to prob around 35ish, honestly the bar mangers job only takes 10 hrs a week, the rest is milking it to be honest.

What do you guys think?

Wow, is 2 weeks vacation standard in the US? I feel pretty underwhelmed with my 3. Other than that it sounds okay... what about other benefits? Health care?

I can pay into healthcare plan...its like half off, but I think if I take one course at community college I can stay on my moms for free. Ill have to figure that out.
The 2 weeks are a joke, I can pretty much take off when ever I want, just not for more then 3-4 days or if it's a big event. Its not your normal 9-6 job. Pretty much every day Ill wonder down stairs around 11am then work until I feel like it on a avg day lol.

Personally I would take advantage of the situation and not waste time looking for a camera, in the event of a dry spell there is still an interwebs and drunk chicks at other parties.

I've been at my job for 10 years and make $19 hr, and 3 weeks of vac. Starting out at $19 hr rent free and w/2 weeks of vac, I'd be all over it. Do it or I'll come kick your ass till you say Uncle!

Only one slight problem the GM is leavign the club at the end of January. So there is a slight slight chance a new GM could come in and re do everything, but the board of governs has approved my hiring and the F&B manager would give his left nut to have me back. They also wrote up a contract, so I should be fine...but always that slight chance....
