I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.
Been on a chat window with him for 30+ minutes and hes keeps reading the same line of the script to me over and over again. In the first line I told him the mainboard needs replacement, because the charging port is not working.
then he asks so the system only operates on AC power..........
okay i'll send you a new mainbaoard...
are you sending a tech with the board?
