Hi, guys! Would like to introduce my self. 25 year old (atm) man from Norway. IS 300's are expensive here, so I thought I would get a IS 200 and tune it. 255.3 BHP @6230 RPM's is good enough for me
I am going to fit my Focal 165K3P's in it and power the set with my (now not working properly) Phoenix Gold Outlaw. Think the amp has enough power for the speakers. I am going to fit 2 10" Boston Pro's in the back and power them with my Alpine MRV-1507. Needless to say I have my work cut out for me, so progress will be slow as I have a 9 months old kid.
Those tender little burgers with them little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in ya mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one.. just makes me want to burn this muthafuka down.... Come on, Pookie, let's burn this muthafuka down!!!
Keep us updated on the install! We kinda like PG stuff round here. So you need to get that Outlaw running. There are people on this forum that may be willing to help you out with that if neccessary.
so is that just a toyota 2liter? (they dont have is200's here, the 3liter i6 is the only one)
Yeah, it is basically a Toyota 2liter. 2 liters inline 6.
That is just one of the many pics, but it shows what you asked for
On the amp, I am hoping to get it working asap. Will get a test-bench up so that I don't have to do everything in the boot of my car. No pictures of anything yet, as I have a Kenwood 10" woofer in a 10-minute-build-box. LOL, it is awesome.
Nice ride .
Now remember your 9 month old kid is only going to grow up ONCE...
And you'll be building your install MANY TIMES!
Don't think your're ready when you're ready; you'll just come up with something NEW, and you know it.....
So enjoy your child as well as building your install; oh forgot, give your wife some attention as well now and then
[I'm just an oldtimer, tought by experience .]
nico
[a little loco as well].
