i'd say it's a rail cap being 50volts, your amp will still function but not as well with it installed!

Hi Guys!
I will try to elaborate on your device.
Its a "Electrolytic Capacitor"
Its rated at 50 Volts DC with a Capacitance value of 3300 ufd <Micro-farads>
It has a Temperature rating of 85 degrees C < Average grade device, only 85 and 105's are usually used. Its date code is 0210 which I think translates to 2002 year, and 10th week of that year.
Its brand name of the maker is Samyoung < Asian part maker>
In my opinion, your capacitor is located in the main supply rails for the power amp section. The amp may continue to operate but it will be limping along as this device is meant to filter the DC supply, and store X amount of energy for the amp to use. With it being missing the amp could possibly continue to operate but because of its importance in the grand scheme of things in the circuitry, You should get it replaced.
The leads broke of the device from excessive shock and vibration causing the body of the device to shake and wobble till the leads just sheared off completely.
Upon install of the replacement, You should consider replacing all of these that look like these, You also should run a small bead of RTV silicone sealant across the bottom in between the leads. This will secure the replacement to the PCB and resolve a bunch of vibration related issues that appear to have caused this failure......
I would get it replaced, I would RTV them all to the PCB to prevent firther issues.... Hope this helps some, the part may be available directly from PG if your looking for a exact part. Or you can goggle the makers name and the part ID numbers on their web-site. I use www.findChips.com for in the US suppliers
