I sent him a message about his price gouging of multiple ZPA 0.5's and received a not so professional response. Here is my original message followed by his rebuttal:
Me: Sweet, another Andy price gouge special! You're a waste of life, none of your items are worth near what you think.
Andy4879: i guess you did not see the 2 that ended for $485 shipped each. look for more price gouging to come!
Me: You're in the same boat as Justonemoreamp and cadenceamps, a f*cking scammer. You're only taking advantage of idiots though so I can't really blame you, I still hate you though.
Andy4879: i am glad to be in the same boat as those sellers as they sell high end gear that you cannot afford since you sell nintendo games on ebay and i love making the money my boat partners make! it is a great feling to be able to buy your life for as little as it is worth. i can't believe you hate someone you don't even know. that just shpws how immature you are and how anti-social you are and that your right hand probably does most of the talking for you. if you want to hate me more, my number is on every one of my auctions. grow some stones and tell me over the phone how much you hate me and my yachting(not boating) partners. thank you and have a nice day with your poor broken ass self.

I find it kind of ironic that you would complain about andy's pricing when you yourself did the same thing when you got a good deal on some amps from morgan at exile

Why? Because I asked a reasonable amount and much less than MSRP? Are you on drugs?

Yeah I'm on drugs I'll add this why should he have been professional in his response to a douche that emails him and calls him a waste of life with out provocation? You sound like a little whiny bitch thats pissed off at someone because they are making more money selling stuff than you do.
BTW here is the definition of provocation so you can undestand my comment fully. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/provocation
There is a very clear difference between buy low/selling high and price gouging. You all must be delirious if you cannot see that he, JOMA, and cadence07amps (sp?) are just taking advantage of idiots with their overpriced merch.
Also, I'm making more than most on this forum through my eBay sales alone, but I do it with a conscience, not through overpricing amps all day.

I don't think ANYONE here deny's what Andy and Joma do is wrong and can't stand what they do to the hobby.
i also think that what you did with the turbulence amp sounds like something JOMA and Andy would do. you tried to flip that amp for 125% more then you paid for it.
at what % do you consider it price gouging?

While many people have commented on Andy N' friends prices and make jokes and talk negatively about what their prices are, the reality of the market is that as long as people are willing to pay those prices, amps will continue to sell for those prices and they will continue to be listed for those prices.
My concerns regarding Andy and others is that they tend to misrepresent amps. Listing amps as new when they are not is the major offense I can think of off the top of my head. I hate to see people buying some amp they think is new when we can clearly see the auction that Andy/JOMA/whoever bought the amp from, stating the amp is used.
Whether or not we think they are douche bags for asking the prices that they do is rather irrelevant. But of course, we're all free to share our opinions about it, regardless of it's irrelevance.
There are people out there that are willing to pay premium prices for such amps, especially as they become increasingly rare and coveted. I'm sure you've noticed how many rare and premium products of the yesteryears are worth much more now than their MSRP was back in the day, amps are really no different except for the fact that we have two people to specifically target when we're pissed about it.
I'm also willing to bet that people who own already these rare amps aren't so mad that Andy and JOMA are increasing the market value for their own amps, in the event that they should want to sell them.
What we can do about this, as a community, is to offer up our for sale gear here first, at prices we feel can both earn us a fair dollar figure while seeing someone else be able to enjoy them without selling their first born child.

Very distinct difference: I asked a reasonable price for it. It was a true 1200 watt rms amp and I asked a price (less than actually) that a used, true 1200 watt rms amp would be worth. That's how you make money! You buy low and sell high, I didn't inflate the asking price, I asked a reasonable amount for what I had.

So you didn't misrepresent that amp as Exile's new line? IIRC Morgan offered that to people here as a "good faith" gesture and you turned around and tried to profit off of that. IMHO your treading right on that line with the ones you hate the most.
I originally thought it was an Exile, I never knew about Exile until that amp. As soon as I knew, I changed the description of my FS: thread and 2 (TWO) days later someone bought it and claimed I misrepresented it when I clearly edited the thread 2 (TWO) days prior to the sale.

Ahhh yes, now that I look at Morgan's for sale add that you bought the Turbulence amp from him in I can totally see how that looked like an Exile amp.
/sarcasm
Yeah, the name of the thread is "Exile end of year clearance" how did I know it wasn't until someone told me. As soon as people told me, I edited my thread. See also: (Note: you cannot edit tiles so the title still said Exile)
As you can CLEARLY see, I last edited on the 17th which was only to change the price. There was a previous edit the day prior (16th, but it only shows the most recent edit, not all edits) where I edited the content of the Original Post to say "THIS IS NOT AN EXILE AMP", then JLJunkie still wanted to trade and we did.
