RSD / RSDC 12's SQ or SPL Subs?
ok guys..I need some info here. I keep hearing great things about the RSD12d and the RSDC124's. Im in a dilema though and what I need to know is: Do the RSD Line of subs offer good SQ or are they designed to be a SPL sub?

i would say both are geared more toward SQ
the RSD have more super lowed response at a sacrifice of the "SPL region" of 60-80hz
the RSDc has a lighter cone and stronger motor, so it is VERY accurate all across the board, more accurate then the RSD in the slightly higher regions (50-70) but not the same response curve and the very low notes.
they can both get pretty roudy from an SPL standpoint too though.
i would guess the RSDc will 600-1000 watts would be good for damn near 140 in a sealed box
