How do you break a cast metal foot anyways? Seriously, are they hitting packages with baseball bats or something?

Yeah, he should be taking up that claim for you. UPS comes with $100 insurance, so you should be able to get your money back.

Not properly packed IMO.
It looks like only a few people know how to securely pack a [heavy] amp nowadays...
I regularly ship MS amps.. they always arrive with all the [easy to break] connectors intact
A few newspapers, bubble wrap or else just WILL NOT DO!
I feel for you. :?

The packages sometimes fall off of the conveyor belts that transfer the packages in the warehouse. From what UPS told me all packages must be packed well enough to withstand a 6 ft. drop. Plus, (you could fight it, but) to make a claim on electronics it must be in the original manufacturers packaging.

I received an amp from ebay yesterday packed exactly the same. Fortunately the mounting feet were only bent and not broken.

Meh. Ill break even or close to it maybe.

I guess the lesson here is youd probably be safer dealing with someone who has a low post count than a high post count over there.

Main thing is yall get warned about dealing with this guy.
