phoenix gold watches

Post by nico boom »

my wife workes at a company that makes watches.
as I'm a PG-fan, I thought about having a nice PG watch.
all logo-styles, colours, you name it ,are optional.
if there are more people who would like a PG watch, it becomes interesting to have them made. A colour, logo, and appearance should be discussed by those interested, a design will then be made, and displayed by me, here on the forum.
25 pieces is minimum, prices starting at $33 .
p.s; remind I'm in the netherlands, so sending-costs will have to be added to that.
I have no intention to make money on this.

That sounds pretty cool. Do you have any samples?

Interesting............

Product sample images?
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

samples

Post by nico boom »

samples will vary to the price.
I can show some samples, but it's better first to get an idea of what people evt. want to spend.
my wife comes home with samples for free, some as beautiful and robust as a rolex, some good for our kids to play with....
I'll try to get some photo's for you, to see what's possible.[a lot..]

Is this a branded name watch or just a any label situation?

There may be a possibility for larger quantity...........

I saw a PG watch on ebay a few months ago. I loved the way it looked. Wish my other PC hadn't crashed or I could post a pic.

aready pg-watches

Post by nico boom »

OK; I didn't know PG had watches already.
this thing can only work when enough people want something that's styled different, for example, or a very exclusive, or just very affordable watch.
just an idea that came to me, we'll see where it goes...

PhoenixPhorum could "distribute" an order PG watches :D Something tells me there'd be legal issues with that though...

Of course, that's massive also hassle for Tom as running this site would then go from pleasure to business, even if it wasn't to make money, just to act as a distributor for product.

I wouldn't be a great distributor anyways, since most of our userbase is in the US...

watches

Post by nico boom »

it never was my intention, to start something up to make money on,
just would like to have something on my wrist, to look at sometimes to see the time, and my" beloved brand."
the company she works for, has recently separated from the "mother-company", who can deliver ANYTHING with a logo or name.
my wife sometimes comes home with things, that I'm not sure of, they belong in the kitchen or in bed...
either way, I'll have some benefits from it...
but now they've separated, they only do watches, ties, and shawls.
anything else, she can order at very interesting rates ofcourse. individual
wathes like these are sold once a year, by the box, containing up to 100 watches. price for one box; appr. $90.
they vary , as I mentioned before, in shape, size, appearance and materials. most of them are in gift-box.
all of our family- members are never short of a watch.
if you guys are, I might buy a box this year for forum-members, and ship to Tom. [remember; they are all different then].
as far as the PG-watches; i'll ask my wife to make a design.
