We will however be building a 2kW amp with radically new technology though. I am not allowed to discuss it much more than that though.
That must be Casey's (err... Mando's) X2000.1 8)

There is also mention of a strappable XS 1000W amp there too... I wonder where the prototypes are? Brian... ask around at the next F&F sale!

From the way he talks about what "Class" that amp is...it think that "1000 watt amp" become the tantrum 1200.1

but i will ask for sure!

Can't be. Those posts were made in 2000. Well before the Xenon line came out. I'm thinking more in the lines of the Ti1200.1.
