Northwest Airlines can lick my nuts!!!

Post by mr tibbs »

I was supposed to get back at 10:00pm last night, but got in at about 2:00am this morning! They had a "glitch" that they fixed, but then the mechanics had to check it out and that's when the circus started. We ended up sitting in the plane for an extra 3+ hours on the ground.

On top of all of the mechanical problems they are charging for the first bag that you check. I can kinda understand this, but don't spring it on the customer when they get to the airport. We bought tickets about a month ago and there was no warning anywhere that they would be charging for baggage. Such bullshit!!

Did they compensate you for the delay?? Free drinks, ticket vouchers, anything?

Northwest constantly overbooks and cancels flights due to a variety of excuses . THey screwed me out of 2 flights in one month and my wife eariler in the year. I just don't even bother booking with them, they are completly unreliable.

If you count a tiny glass of water then yes, we received compensation.

That blows Casey.... On the otherhand, you were smart to stay calm...A guy with a valid complaint can get violated these days at the airport....
Those tender little burgers with them little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in ya mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one.. just makes me want to burn this muthafuka down.... Come on, Pookie, let's burn this muthafuka down!!!

Lucky for me I had my PSP there to kill the time. Others were not so lucky, like the people across the aisle from me. I can now tell you the life story of a 14 year old pimp that goes to a Catholic high school here in SLC. Apparently they don't teach how or where to use your indoor voice in Catholic school. This kid was talking so damn loud about three separate people had to tell him to quiet down before he got the message.
