gotta share this "album"

Post by rlockwood »

I know theres some hip-hop and dj heads on here, just wanted to point you all (and even those who dont fall into that category) to a mixtape by travis barker (the drummer from blink 182) and DJ-AM.

unfortunately, as of today, it looks like their website is down..

at any rate, its called "fix your face" and shouldnt be too difficult

check the video here, see if its something anyone might be into. The whole thing is pretty consistent. Damn good drumming throughout.

Someone told me I look like Travis in High School... and I don't.

That is all.

I like it a lot.
As a drummer myself, he's one of the best IMHO. Here's another video of him doing a Soulja boy remix.

Weird how I just clicked on the links about to check their stuff out, then woke up this morning to find out that both guys were in a plane crash in SC. Hope they make a solid recovery. Sounds like they both suffered serious burns:

also also.. (as i listen to it more)

i hear some dj p ripoffs. namly the scratches on outfield use your love are identical, and the phil collins mix sounds just like dj p's ( that he did in 98 )

doesn't mean its not kickass though...im liking the album more and more
