Online Stores...legit or not?

ok so i dont know if this is in the right area, but i was searching for the PG Ryval v8001 amp online to find a good deal..and i came across two websites...

The first one says "We are an authorized Phoenix Gold dealer. Complete with a full 2 year manufacturers' warranty" and the second one i cannot find anything of that nature..i was wondering if anyone can verify this or vouch for either of these sites to be legit and i'll get the right product..

well, sonic electronix never used to be authorized, and probably still arent. Ive never heard of the first store, but since the rodin buyout, it doesnt look like PG lists either their authorized online retailers, or has a dealer locater of any sort. Your best bet is probably to contact PG and find out if either is authorized.

Well, I don't know if Rodin's policy has changed but on their website it says that you only get the 2 year warranty if you not only purchased the amp from an authorized retailer, but also had it installed by them.

However, there are a bunch of online authorized resellers for non-RSd stuff so I wouldn't be surprised if they actually are.

I've bought a couple of headunits from Sonicelectronix in the past and never had any trouble. Don't know anything about the other one though.
