Post by marko »

does anyone know if the route66 heatsinks were painted or powder coated? i'm wanting to do an m100 sink in white properly and would love powder coating just for the durability/finsh but not sure if this can be done over the anodising or not :?:

Judging by it's toughness and resistance to abrasion, I would say it is powdercoat.

Sandblast the gold off and youll have no problem with the powder coat adhering. Should look really good when done. Do you have access to blasting :?:
