you could go with the PG ryvals
but if you are are set on the JBL's the 1022 is the way to go as you will want to run the m50 at 4ohms
(from the12volt)

if you invest in a capacitor and design a fan cooled system for your m50, you could go with the 1024's and run it at 2ohms, but it will get very very hot (hence the fan cooled system needed)

As Brian said, I would avoid running the M50 in 2 ohms bridged mode. I ran my M100 in 2 ohms bridged and it was very hot and ultimately, unhappy.
Running in 2 ohms stereo is another option to running in 4 ohms bridged. You might not be able to squeeze quite as much power out of it at 2 ohms stereo, but it will have a lower THD (dunno if that's going to matter, especially on subs though).

In all honesty, you would be much better off using the ryvals, than the power series jbls.. YOu wont have the power for the jbls..455 wrote:Hi, I'm new in here... yes, I bought it in Oregon back in 2002 and had it shipped out of LA, actually there is about 10-15 boattail's here in Denmark.... check it @ www.boattail.dkstipud wrote:A 71 Riviera in DENMARK?
That is something different.
I <3 Boattails.
well back to topic, currently i'm running two 12" DLS 4 ohm subs bridged on my route66, but i will prefer four 10" subs instead, and let the 66 run my front system (two 4" mid and two 5,25 mid and two 6" kickbass) and rear system (a pair of 6x9 and two 6")
or do any of you guys have better way i can do it? any info will be preciated!!!
Leaving Denmark tommrow, going to SEMA, Mmm...that might inspire me...

Thanx!
