I hate my x100.2

Whenever the weather starts getting cold the amp never powers on. I keep turning the HU on and off, sometimes it will turn on in a few tries, today it took about 50 turn on/offs to get it to power on.

Yes the remote power is fine, checked it last winter. Never does this when it is warm, only when it is cold.

Sounds like maybe a problem with the turn on relay inside your amp

um, leave Canada then?

will it turn on if you jump the remote in?

what i mean is use a wire and touch the Main power in to the remote in and see if it kicks on

I had a similar problem with my ZX450. I dont know if they have a muting circuit on them, but it would occasionally not play when I first started the car. It would be on, and the subs would play (which have thier signal run through the 450 XO), but no noise. If I turned the volume on the deck up fast, or turn it off and back on, it would usually come back. Sometimes just changing the source would do it.
