This is inside the box looking from one sub hole to the other end. This is just to show that I totally sealed the box inside w/fiberglass resin.

This is the full frontal view.

There will be grilles made to cover the sub/s from the wondering feet of my children. They will fill in the counter sunk sections of the box where the sub/s will reside. When on they'll give the box a solid flat front.
I'm going to use gray color matched spray on bed liner to cover the box. I chose this due to the ruggedness of the liner to resist the kicks and such. 2, it'll help provide seal the box and 3, it'll help dampen the box.
For now I'm going to run 1 sub ported until I get the money to buy the 2nd and go sealed. I will build a baffle w/the port in it to seal off the 2nd subs hole. The port will be 4" x 5" x 15" long. The box is 2.96 cf and would be tuned to 31 Hz as recommended by TREO.
Just in case I hadn't posted the picks of my further updated amp rack. Here I made a cover to go over the odds n' ends and just to show the ZX450v2. This will later be redone out of 3/4" MDF with plexi over the amp. As of right now the back of the seat rubs the amp ever so slightly.

On other notes. A friend of mine had a poll barn built and upon showing me I saw he has a compressor big enough for the grinder I need to use. I'm going to have to cut off the addition to the original factory speaker grilles I made and then sand away all of the fiberglass I had applied over it. Then I can start anew on my custom pods for the Ti6 mids.
