But that car is gay Tom........ How could you even put them in the same class.......

The Challenger SRT8......not atall gay. Not to mention that the rimz alone are $6K. Maybe you'd like a black wheel with color match pinstripeing...... I don't really like chrome myself. Pollished aluminum, powder coated or painted are my style. Unless they're wires cuz those look good gold or chrome... Any way ya look at it....it's a sweet ride. I plan to put 22's in front and 24's with a 6-7" polished lip in the rear on my Lincoln.

I'm not feeling it, doesn't look like crap but I'm not into the whole 20+ inch wheel thing so to each their own. Love the car though.

Like the rap crap in the background - Ridiculous.
Ruined a rocket.
The whole pimp thing is.... well... take a nice ride and make it look goofy.

SRT8's in any trim - 300, Charger, Magnum or Challenger - rule the street these days. Gobs of torque. But $50K for a car? I paid less than that for my first house......

I agree, the whole "pimp yer ride" thing has people doin stupid shit to their cars like the gucci print interior and other other garbage. That's not me and I strongly agree that there is a point where big gets too big but not in this case. Look at the Charger, Magnum and 300. The stock wheel is too small for the beefyness of the ride. Put a set of 22's under 'em and it's more aggressive looking and adds class & style. Think back to the hotwheels you played with as a kid that had big wheels......

yeah...not my thing either. the wheels ruin the whole performance aspect to it. those are the same kind of ass clowns that put chrome on bmws.

Didn't yer car come on 15's and now sits on tucked 18's. :hmm:  And you can't say that an M3 on 19's or 20's with a 4" lip wouldn't be parked in yer drivway if you had the option either.

And that's also like saying that changing out the factory audio system is taking away from it's performance. Though adding the weight of a full build can rob alittle giddy-up.

Somehow I don't think those 24's are taking too much performance away from that SRT8 monster.  But hey, to each their own right.......

no, it came with 16's...and i put 17's on it....which came factory with the m3. 8) the 15's i bought from a dude with a 318...because they make for cheap winter tires!

4" lip...maybe...20's...never. some aluminum racing bbs 18's which are probably more then the 20's...are more likely

its not so much the SIZE of the wheel...but what they were made for. those wheels are giant, heavy and gaudy. these come in a 20 :)
