Nico, I have a friend that is very knowledgeable about stuff like this, he has reviewed all the material and he seems to think a gear puller or wood with mallet would do the trick... He is VERY savvy with these sorts of things, and asked if he would be willing to chat with you on the phone and he said he would... but off the cuff, after looking at the material and stuff he seems to think a gear puller or something of that sort would do the trick. If you would like to give him a call he is more than happy to chat with you about it... Lemme know and I can get you to him.. matt

Today I received a clone motor from martin kruit, one of our Dutch members, and a friend.
He bought a clone motor, and called me about it, put it in the mail right after that, and I worked on it this evening.
The results are shown in the pics; this coil was removable with normal force, although it looked similar like mine.
There is a small board connected to the coil; mine does not have that.
I had no troubles getting the coil out with normal force; mine is SO MUCH TIGHTER.....
I was able to clean the magnet by sweeping the magnetic dust upwards with a toothbrush, then remove it while holding a vacuumcleaner very close to the top of the magnet doing so.
After that I used ducktape to remove more dust, after that using compressed air to blow out the remains; the magnet is clean, coil is a piece of cake after this, since the dust does not stick to it.
Before re-assembling it, I will consider coating it with a high-temp resin, and also will consider a high temp. shrink-foil for keeping the remains of the magnet together.
I'll start posting pics about the disassembling of my own clone, using a puller, soon.
Here is Martin's motor.
Thanks for all help so far; I really think all this IS A PRODUCTION PROBLEM REGARDING THE MAGNET.
All the material causing the clogging/ sticking of the magnet IS FROM THE MAGNET ITSELF, PERIOD.
So the magnet is in fact falling apart gradually.
It does not show on the pics, but when you examine the magnet carefully after cleaning, you can see it without a doubt.
PG should solve all claims regarding this issue with warranty repairs, or refunding IMO.
This product does NOT have the PG quality that it should have. PERIOD.
