Holy biznatch I didn't know the PG EQs went for so much at retail. I know they are awesome, but wow.

Thanks for posting cojones.

Great post! Thanks for all the work cojones. I am actually surprised at the dealer markup. i would have thought it was way higher than it was. Now I kinda feel bad for trying to haggle my dealer (when there was one) for a better price.

Seriously? From what I noticed, the MSRP provides for 50-100% markup, which is huge compared to many other retail products. As an example, the convenience stores everyone complains about the prices at? They run about 20-40%. Also, PCs and PC components are in the 5-20% range. Groceries, I don't have 1st hand experience with, but I'd say they're around 20% or so. Clothing and other types of consumer electronics I would hesitate to try and guess. The point being, the dealers are getting some pretty handsome markup, though I suppose they need to, being a low-volume business.
Octane Limited Edition (maybe for sale soon)
MS2125TA MS2250TA (Thanks Wakeup)
MS2125 x 2 (white, need caps)
MS275 (Burr Browns and fresh caps - Thanks, Matt)

At all the retail stores I have worked there was typically a 70-120% markup. The place Im currently at has everything from 60-700%. Being low volume, I just assumed they would be making more off the products.

Excellent work. Now doesn't all that praise make you feel good.

I have that ZX/ZPA catalog too. Along w/a accessories catalog and an XMAX/XS/Cyclone one.

The price directory was sweet. Loved that.

those margines were back when it was good, just before the internet tore it apart. I was working at a shop back in indiana that carried PG back then and it was the first time I had my hands on some real equipment after starting off at best lie.

Good Vibes in Lafayette, IN?
Back then it was the only PG dealer I knew of. I lived there.

I have a few more price sheets and a lot of accessory price sheets to scan. I was trying to work my way up through the years but it takes over an hour to scan each catalog.
