That is a sweeeeeeet Z. Very much like the clean Amuse bodykit. Supercharger is a nice idea too... that car's N/A torque band has always impressed me, so I'm not sure I would like a turbocharged one.
Boy are those VQ35 intake manifolds ever ugly as sin though! I guess they do their work well, and looks don't matter nearly as much.
Now why the hell would someone sell a car that nicely built with only 19k miles on it. It's like they just did it in order to spend money or something

i like the powerhouse amuse kit as well. very elegant and not overdone. i was thinking about a TT Z, but they seem much less reliable.stipud wrote:That is a sweeeeeeet Z. the stock plenum is pretty ugly. i still have my old plenum spacer so i might add that on the car for some extra HP. car should be putting down around 375whp. im gonna install the smaller SC pulley and add utec. hopefully all of that will add up to around 430whp. maybe i should just keep it alone... do i really need to be able to go ludicrous speed? VROOM!!!
i just ordered some red lug nuts so i can throw on my volk time attacks and a new harness to install my avic d3. once i have all these parts in, there will be new pics and vids! car looks beautiful as is, but the volks will really set it off.stipud wrote:Where all da videos at?davidc81 wrote:OMG the new Z is stupid fast!
i'm going to make an appointment for later this month or early april to have the car tuned at MRC motor sports in Jersey. before then, i'll be installing my plenum spacer, swap test pipes for HFC's, and install the smaller S/C pulley. car should be a beast after that!
haha, you must be very flexible!Excuse me gentlemen while I fellate myself.
i had the option to buy the car with the volk progressive rims but they really arent my style. i think those rims look better on something like a Lexus LS or Infiniti q45/m45the rim's at the top of the page look way better IMO
new G37 is sweet! can you link me what GTM is doing with it? i cannot wait for 370z....I like the look.
On a side note. I am considering selling my Z. Have you seen what GTM has done with the new G37 engine in stock form?

GTM is using the FCON but I imagine an alternative will come along shortly if the engines are really strong enough to handle this much power.
