We are not here to pick side but the proof is in the pictures (Great eye grid) Imissed the littel white plastic broken when i looked
If i had to make a call these are 2 differnt amp one that was damage and one that is not no what one you got from DB????
kg1961 wrote:any amp from the same seires and time of production should look the same or almost.
if like saying all bmw 2008 328i that were blue looked like mine. but mine was a POS topend 4000km was replace tranny at 9 000km when there are other that I sure run great
Im not call you out or trying to defend Db. All Im saying is there are differnce and they are similar. Its the Differnces that make us say is this the same or not?? Im sure there are guy here with 10 of the same amp with the board v and they all look the same but the one that has been touched look 98% the same.
I repeat.. Toroid is the same, toroid solder point are the same, toroid+board is the same, AND SO amp is the same!
If ANYONE here can find a pic in the world with a board with the same toroid as the one I have I will ship him my amp free ok???
I have sold/bought a couple of thing from Db and he has always been a straight shooter.
I would like to say the same..
I have also sold many thing on this forum and other all over the world
and i have alway listed my item to the best of my knowledge.
Did the tech say what cause the damage? install error? loose wire touching the something? load on a test bench?Im sorry Im not a tech.
Of course. It's in the paperwork. And Randy could ask direct to laboratory.
Personally I would not have done what you did about the repair and it .Paypal Im sure will not help you know that it has been touched. With the lack of craftsmanship of the tech you picked
. Even i would have a hard time paying what he asked for
who is to say his lack of quailty didn't cause some of the cost of repair
The bill is cheap for what he has done. Amp received by randy was broken, amp received by tech works fine.
sorry I can't read or speak your language
Thanks man. This give me a chance to improve my english![]()
Im not going to say anything else on this hope you get what you are looking for
sorry this has happened and your not happy with someone from this phourm

No man I look this way:gbody805 wrote:You really can't expect Randy to pay for any of the repairs.
What was caused by the hack job that was started and what was the root/original problem?
Sorry but I trust in tech work.
Does the repair bill include the replaced caps?
What about the resistors/ other parts the might have been damaged from the hack doing the first testing on the amp.
You can't expect him to pay for repairs that were caused by your own, and the tech that needed the manual inexpereance with this amp.
The bill included ONLY the part that was original broken (caps leaking) or original wrong (transistors)
Tech didn't ask anything even for the signal caps and op-amp he change searching the problem.
This is pretty much a done deal.
You can't deny the difference in photos from one board to the other.
One board looks to be factory original.
The others looks like my four year old got a hold of it.
Look at it this way.
At this point you can't say what was the original problem and what was caused by the other botched repairs.

I won't deny for one second that I led you on, worked well didn't it......you can't do shit with PayPal now, and it looks like there is good reason for me leading you on.....so.....
It is in my best interest to watch my ass
and all this talk of colors, the Audio Art 200.2 I sold him was black as shown in the buy/sell area.
How old are you?gbody805 wrote:Were the photos taken before you sent it to the Tech that fixed your hack job?
What ''hack job''? Have you ever read this thread?![]()
The tech receive the same amp Randy ship me..
You keep saying the tech did this and you trust tech work.
Then why were you doing any work yourself. Why not send it first to the tech.
It's what I've done ahahahah come on look at the beginning of the thread try to understand something or don't speak anymore..
Seems alittle fishy that all this damage is in one photo and not in the other.
If this is the same board then someone hacked it up very badly.
Bottom line.
One transitor was bad when you got it.
Someone trying to find this fact tore into the board and made a good board bad.
Now you want to try to get paid for problems you or your tech caused.

RANDY LIES as common..
1)
he didn't propose me a send it back..
you know I ask him several time to prove this but it didn't mind about..
I HAVE all the pms if a mod want to come and see is welcome, Randy NEVER told me about a send it back..
2)
I pay 169 usd shipped..
In the original thread he ask 80 shipped to usa..
So whats up Randy??
Do you ask me 120 for the amp and 49 for the ship?
You told me shipping would cost 90...
RANDY DON'T UNDERSTAND as common..
You sold me a brown amp not black..
I ship a white amp to tech to help him found problem..
So he repair the brown amp..
It's simple and I've already told you several times..
