have just checked the caps but find they are of the panasonic make,do they need still need changing. while looking inside i noticed the speaker connections are marked different on the circuit board and above connectors on outside have pictures but cant load at present
Use the information marked on the outside of the amplifier. The reason they are different on the inside is due to how the amp works. One channel is normal, and the other is internally made 180deg out of phase. They then run that channel to the speaker (-) instead of the (+). This is so you can bridge the amp.

If you know anything about a soldering iron you could probably do this yourself. Otherwise, there are a lot of people here who know what they are doing, and could probably help you out. I would have been willing to help you some time ago, but I just don't have time to work on amps anymore.
