Re: Need amp repaired in San Diego
Is there any DIY spirit in these parts? I have a bench full of test equipment and a camera. We can have the forum experts help diagnose, then I can perform the surgery.brutux wrote:...Recommendations for a good shop in San Diego (preferably North County/Escondido) that can troubleshoot and repair?...
I’m in Carlsbad.

Thanks for the offer Casey - no shortage of DIY spirit, just a shortage of DIY time in the day! I have the amp getting diagnosed at a local electronics shop and I'm using an old ADS 4 channel amp in the car in the meantime.CaseyWalsh wrote:Is there any DIY spirit in these parts? heh.. isnt there some rule where if you use a forum as a reference in your ebay listing, said forum gets a % of sales?brutux wrote:I was on eBay trying to locate the seller who sold me the bum 66 and I found a listing that had a link to the archives in this forum for some technical specs.Bfowler wrote:how did you find us?
