Is there any DIY spirit in these parts? I have a bench full of test equipment and a camera. We can have the forum experts help diagnose, then I can perform the surgery.

Thanks for the offer Casey - no shortage of DIY spirit, just a shortage of DIY time in the day! I have the amp getting diagnosed at a local electronics shop and I'm using an old ADS 4 channel amp in the car in the meantime.

Hmmm... might have been one of JOMA's listings now that I think about it - with the way that guy jacks the oldschool prices up he can afford a royalty payment.
