What changes did they make on the v2? Thanks guys! Mike

It was similar to the ZX series changes... mostly just to the fan. I don't recall the exact changes otherwise though. I do know it is quite possible to convert up to a V2 in either amp.

Nothing major-

Replaced the power and speaker terminals if they had a hole all the way through (newer style is blocked off in the back to prevent debris from falling on PCB).

Updated some component values in the power supply to prevent heat stress.

Fans.

Removed ground switch and hard wired to 'ground' position.

I am in need of a pair of power terminals. I have a .5 with the pass thru type. I would like to repalce them.

Talk to Phil the Service Manager and see if he has any. They are very hard to come by these days so he may or may not.

just solder some thin brass on the ends...

i compared a v1 to v2 a while ago, there's actually a lot of differances when you start taring them apart...

They also did away w/the ground/floating switch.
"ZPA's will have the same sound essentially as you get from the MS, they just feature a bigger shinier set of balls."
